2. Scope

These terms govern the purchase of home textile products (towels, sheets, pillows, etc.) through the online store.

3. Order process

To place an order, add products to your cart, select shipping and payment method, and confirm. By doing so, you accept the product prices and descriptions.

4. Prices and payments

  • Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
  • Payments are processed securely via payment gateways (TPV, PayPal, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.

5. Shipping and delivery times

  • Orders are shipped within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days in mainland Spain.
  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

6. Returns and warranties

  • You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded at no cost.

7. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, images, designs) is the property of Hogar Algodón Egipcio and protected by copyright laws.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
